DMCA Copyright Policy

Neutboom respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Neutboom infringes your copyright, please file a DMCA takedown notice by emailing our designated agent at legal@neutboom.com. Include the following information:

  1. Identification: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. Location: The specific URL or location of the infringing material on Neutboom
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  5. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly and remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of federal court
  4. Your physical or electronic signature

File your counter-notification by emailing our designated agent at legal@neutboom.com with "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line.
