By creating an account, accessing, or using Neutboom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

2. User Accounts

To use Neutboom, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Neutboom for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Neutboom

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit content to Neutboom (such as Story Challenge submissions, feedback, or profile pictures), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant Neutboom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service
• Represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
• Understand that if you win a Story Challenge, your story may be featured in the app and your username/profile picture may be displayed on our website (with your consent)

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

Neutboom and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neutboom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Neutboom
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without permission
• Extract or scrape content from the service
• Use Neutboom to build a competing service

You may use Neutboom for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Neutboom will be:

• Available at all times or without interruption
• Free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Compatible with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Neutboom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of learning content
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes

Your use of Neutboom is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Neutboom immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harm other users

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use Neutboom will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Neutboom after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
